Wahlsome Market ("we", "us", "our") is an online storefront operated by Valeria Wahlberg, selling curated kawaii merchandise and original art prints. By using wahlberg.store or any related domain (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.
The Service displays physical and digital products. Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp) and converted from a USD base. Availability, pricing, and product details can change without notice. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through our payment processor (currently Mayar). You agree to provide accurate contact and shipping details. If a payment fails, is reversed, or is flagged as fraudulent, we may cancel the corresponding order. Invoices that remain unpaid past their stated expiry may be voided.
Production and shipping windows are estimates, not guarantees. Because most items are made-to-order or limited drops, sales are generally final once production begins. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
You can sign in using Discord OAuth. You're responsible for activity under your account. Don't share credentials, impersonate others, or use the Service to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
All artwork, character designs, photographs, and copy on the Service are owned by Valeria Wahlberg or her licensors. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially redistribute them without written permission. Designs purchased are for personal use of the physical item only.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be announced on the storefront.
